Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri

Hari Raya Aidilfitri is a Malay translation of Eid-ul-Fitr. Muslims in Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, and Malaysia celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri in a similar way as the Muslims, all round the world, celebrate Eid. Hari Raya Aidilfitri is also called Hari Raya Lebaran, Hari Raya Idul Fitri and Hari Raya Puasa which literally means Celebration Day of Fasting. The festival marks the end of Ramadan, the month of fast. Hari Raya Aidilfitri signifies the breaking of this fasting month.

Decorated homes, new clothes, delicious delicacies and happiness all around; such is the spirit of Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Early morning, Muslims wear new clothes and visit local mosques to pray for Allah’s Rehmat. They offer their thanks to God and seek forgiveness for their wrongs. Among other religious features such as charity and worship the day calls for a grand celebration.

Young ones receive wonderful gifts from their elders. The happy day is celebrated by sharing joy with the near and dear ones. This 10th September celebrate the festival in the true spirit of Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Spread love, peace, joy and harmony among everybody you know with the help of our religious ecards. Our Hari Raya Aidilfitri ecard section offers an array of wonderful greetings to choose from.
